• 8 doctors in our existing hospitals, very high degree of collaboration/mentorship. DVMs can work between locations. Doctors and teams connected by constant live video between hospitals for rapid cross-location collaboration and support Robust Staff
• Surgical Specialists, Nursing Staff (two per doctor), Support Staff (cleaning, diagnostics), Front Desk Staff (scheduling, billing) Commitment to the highest standards of medical care.

Generous and successful pet rescue program Current schedule: 8am to 5pm 4 days a week, every other Sat. OR three 12 hour daytime shifts, 8am-8pm Mon-Sun. No overnights. We plan to be open 6 days a week, with DVM schedule of 3 days on, 4 days off every week. We need two DVM hires to move to this. Appointments every 30 minutes (per doctor) with a break in the middle of the day. Last appointment is an hour before close. Low tolerance for clients who don't treat our team with respect and kindness Pay/Benefits $130-140k pay package (115-120k salary plus another 15-20k in benefits). Open to discussion for experienced candidates. Covered License fees, VIN membership, CE, and Professional development assistance 20 days off paid between any-reason-PTO days, holidays, paid CE days $200 Health Insurance Premium Contribution monthly (worth about $3k in salary to you)
