Position Overview Pierson Pet Hospital is seeking a compassionate and motivated Full-Time Associate Veterinarian to join our growing team in Davison, Michigan. This opportunity is well suited for a veterinarian who values relationship-based medicine, collaborative teamwork, and a positive workplace culture. Whether you are an experienced DVM or a recent graduate seeking mentorship, you will be supported by an experienced and caring team committed to your success. Responsibilities Perform wellness exams and preventive care. Diagnose and treat medical conditions. Perform dental procedures, including dental extractions. Perform surgeries. Utilize and interpret in-house laboratory diagnostics. Collaborate with mobile ultrasound services for advanced imaging cases. Develop treatment plans and communicate clearly with clients. Maintain accurate medical records. Collaborate with veterinarians, technicians, and support staff. Educate pet owners on lifelong wellness and preventive medicine. Work towards and attain practice productivity standards. Prescribes medications in accordance with manufacturer label instructions and uses. Understands common side-effects and common drug interactions with other medications.
