Duties Examine animals thoroughly, utilizing veterinary terminology to assess health conditions accurately Perform medical procedures such as vaccinations, diagnostics, laboratory tests, and treatments for common small animal ailments Conduct surgical interventions including general surgery and specialized procedures with aseptic technique and animal restraint expertise Administer anesthesia safely using knowledge of anesthesiology, animal physiology, and critical care protocols Handle emergency medicine cases swiftly and effectively, providing critical & intensive care when needed Communicate clearly with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventive care strategies Maintain detailed medical records following clinical ethical guidelines and veterinary standards Assist with dental procedures, animal catheterization, and other veterinary surgeries as required Requirements Veterinary degree from an accredited institution with valid licensing or eligibility to practice in the region Proven veterinary experience with a focus on companion animal medicine and surgery Strong knowledge of veterinary internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, and animal anatomy Proficiency in animal handling, restraint techniques, and pet grooming practices Experience with exotic animal medicine is a plus but not mandatory Excellent client communication skills to educate pet owners on pet care and health management Ability to perform laboratory work and interpret diagnostic results accurately Commitment to professional ethics and adherence to veterinary clinical ethical guidelines Skills in animal husbandry, pet grooming, aseptic technique, laboratory experience, and emergency response are highly valued Join us in delivering compassionate veterinary care that enhances the lives of animals and their families!
