Front Desk Supervisor Reports To:
Front Desk Manager Function:
To effectively administer check in/out of all guests, manage front desk agents, and ensure guest satisfaction.
Work Performed:
1. Front desk training of new and current employees. 2. Front desk scheduling, following budgetary guidelines for department. 3. Implementation of departmental and divisionary goals. 4. Coordinating and communicating appropriate information to department. 5. Participate in front desk meetings. Responsible for identifying and following up with training needs and requirements. 6. Responsible for ensuring that front desk procedures are being followed. 7. Assist management in responding to customer comments and letters. 8. Assist management in staff meetings. 9. Attending and contributing at corporate meetings including but not limited to Operations Meetings. 10. Monitor credit card declines and contact appropriate guests. 11. Ensure guest's cash and credit card security. 12. Weekly inventory of all supplies used by the front desk. 13. Assist in ordering of all supplies used by the front desk. 14. Manage uniform inventory and ordering. 15. All other duties as assigned.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to stand for extended periods of time.
Educational Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent.
Other Requirements:
Employment in front desk capacity for a minimum of one year and/or a minimum of 8 months front desk experience. Must be available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Age Requirements:
Must be 18 years of age or older.
Pay:
$20.00 - $27.00 per hour
