Founded by Dr. Siegle and privately owned through three generations (with plans to continue being a private practice for several more generations to come), Cascade has built a reputation in the community for delivering high-level medicine while maintaining the culture, collaboration, and autonomy that many veterinarians are searching for today. What truly sets Cascade apart is the level of medicine being practiced within a general practice environment. The hospital fills a unique niche between primary care and specialty medicine, regularly managing advanced diagnostics, complex case workups, and second opinions that are referred in from surrounding clinics. This opportunity is primarily based at the main Cascade location, though doctors will also be expected to work shifts at the hospital's Breton Village Animal Clinic or Caledonia Animal Clinic locations. This multi-location structure allows veterinarians to collaborate with a broader team, build relationships across the organization, and experience a diverse caseload throughout the community. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced veterinarian seeking access to advanced tools and collaborative medicine, or for a motivated new graduate looking for strong mentorship in a supportive environment. Cascade has developed a structured onboarding and mentorship program using Organized Onboarding, including weekly case discussions, guided learning assignments, and one-on-one mentorship with the Medical Director or experienced DVM mentors. The team values curiosity, communication, and a willingness to grow, and they are eager to invest in veterinarians who want to continue developing their skills. Hospital Highlights
