A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. - Conduct thorough examinations of animals and diagnose illnesses or injuries
- Develop and implement treatment plans for companion animals based on their conditions
- Train to perform or perform surgical procedures, such as spaying/neutering, pyometras, tumor removals, eye enucleations,
- Administer vaccinations and medications to prevent and treat diseases

- Ability to handle dogs and other animals with care and compassion
- Knowledge of practice management software Clinic HQ is preferred, but not required
