Partner & Co-Own a Thriving Mixed-Animal Facility in Holbrook, NE! Are you a passionate mixed-practice veterinarian looking for autonomy, ownership, and a modern, fully equipped home base without starting from scratch? An incredible co-ownership opportunity awaits in Western/Central Nebraska! Take the reins of a recently updated, turnkey veterinary clinic alongside an experienced, dedicated Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) owner.
The Facility & Equipment Highlights Haul-In & Outdoor Cattle Facilities:
Hydraulic Silencer chute equipped with a preg cage and full alleyway. Complete outdoor working layout, including tub and cradle. Secure outdoor livestock pens for holding and handling. Indoor Large Animal /
Equine Setup:
Climate-controlled working bay with high-pressure hot and cold water. Large animal stanchion and secure horse stall. Dedicated wet/dry prep counters and sink area.
Small Animal & Clinical Suite:
Dedicated surgical suite and exam room. Welcoming reception and waiting area. Modern indoor kennels and secure, enclosed outdoor dog breezeway. Specialized grooming room ready for expanded service offerings. The Opportunity As an LVT with extensive hands-on industry experience, I manage operational workflow, patient care, haul-in logistics, and facility administration—allowing you to focus heavily on practicing high-quality medicine, performing surgeries, and building strong client relationships. We are seeking a driven DVM/VMD who wants a true stake in the business. Whether you specialize in beef production medicine, equine care, or small animal practice (or all of the above!), this facility offers the foundation and local demand to support rapid growth.
