  • Provide high-quality small animal medical, dental, and surgical care across a varied caseload.
  • Perform and interpret diagnostics, including digital radiography and in-house lab work; develop clear treatment plans.
  • Conduct soft tissue surgeries; advanced procedures (such as mass removals, cystotomies, and enucleations) available for doctors seeking additional surgical depth.
  • Deliver clear client communication and education, fostering long-term relationships.
  • Maintain thorough medical records and collaborate closely with technicians and client service staff to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Contribute to a positive, consistent team culture and help refine medical protocols and standards of care. Requirements
  • DVM or VMD degree (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
  • License to practice veterinary medicine in New Jersey (or ability to obtain)
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
