This is a membership-based practice built around preventive medicine, continuity of care, and removing the cost barriers that so often stand between pets and the treatment they need. Because members pay a flat monthly fee rather than per visit, families come in earlier and more often, which means you get to practice thoughtful, proactive medicine and build genuine relationships with your patients over time. The model is already well established internationally, so you get the ground floor energy of a first US clinic with the reassurance of a proven approach behind it. You will work alongside senior clinical leadership to help shape how the practice delivers care in the US, manage your own caseload with real continuity, and help develop the clinical protocols the team grows into. There is no emergency or overnight on call work, and appointments are never rushed, with monthly membership capped so the team is not overloaded.
