This is a newly renovated, modern facility with four exam rooms, a dedicated X-ray room, and a dedicated surgery room, along with a large reception and generous back of house space. As the founding doctor, you will be the first and leading veterinarian on site, with the opportunity to shape clinical workflows, standards, and culture from day one. You will practice full spectrum general practice, including wellness and preventive care, sick visits, basic internal medicine workups, and routine soft tissue surgery and dentistry. Experienced technicians and reception will be in place from opening, and more veterinarians will be added over time as the caseload grows. Because this is a new clinic, the schedule will be built around you to begin with, with a full time commitment of roughly four to five days per week and clinic hours designed together with ownership. The practice sits in the Journal Square area, about 20 minutes from Manhattan, which makes it a strong fit for anyone drawn to living in or near the city. Ownership is financially experienced with a clear growth plan, and the role is structured as a long term, partnership style relationship rather than a standard associate position.
