Surgery-Focused DVM Opportunity - Newark, NJ (Profit-share & ownership upside!) We are partnering with a recently relaunched, privately-owned, surgery-focused small animal hospital in Newark, NJ that is rebuilding its clinical team and looking to welcome an Associate Veterinarian. Backed by a leadership team that blends strong financial expertise with hands-on veterinary operations experience, this is an entrepreneurial, growth-minded practice with real momentum behind it. The clinic combines busy general practice, covering wellness, preventive care, dermatology, and dentistry, with a high-volume surgical caseload that includes C-sections, cherry eye corrections, spays and neuters, and mass removals. The long-term model is built around two veterinarians, one leaning toward surgery and one toward appointments, with plenty of room to mix the two around your interests. What makes this role stand out is the upside. You can choose a compensation model that suits you, whether that is a higher base or a lower base paired with meaningful profit-sharing (worth upwards of $300k!) and genuine ownership potential. As the group expands to additional New Jersey locations, there will be founding-doctor opportunities for those who want them.
