Candidate Requirements DVM degree and a valid veterinary license to practice in New Jersey (or eligibility to obtain one). 3-5 years of proven experience working with small animals (primarily dogs and cats), preferably in high-volume clinics or hospitals. Proficient in routine surgical procedures and comprehensive clinical care. Flexibility and availability to handle emergency cases within the hospital, including weekends or rotating shifts as needed. Outstanding communication skills and a deep commitment to providing ethical, compassionate care to pets and their owners. Ability to thrive in a multidisciplinary, team-based medical environment. Compensation Base Salary - USD $125,000 to $300,000
