Job Description

Company DescriptionYour Future as a Veterinarian Starts Here!

At Carter County Animal Hospital, we're proud to be the local go-to for veterinary care and honored to be named Best Veterinary Hospital by our community. Our small animal practice is known for high-quality surgery and dental work, and we stay up-to-date with the latest advances, from reproductive procedures to surgical and therapy lasers. Our doctors and team love what they do and work closely together, making this a great place to learn, grow, and help each other out. Even as we practice modern medicine, we always keep that close-knit, hometown feel—our clients and their pets are like family to us, and those relationships are what make our work so rewarding.

What really sets us apart is how supportive our team is. We're always willing to share knowledge, jump in to help one another, and make sure everyone feels valued—whether you're just starting out or have years of experience. Leadership keeps an open door, so you're always heard and encouraged here.

Living in Ardmore means you get the best of both worlds: the comfort of a small town and easy access to Oklahoma City and Dallas-Fort Worth for weekend adventures. There's always something to do nearby—boating on Lake Murray or Lake Texoma, hiking at Chickasaw National Recreation Area, or exploring Turner Falls. Ardmore is a welcoming place to live, work, and call home.
