HousePaws in Morrisville, PA is looking for an Associate Veterinarian to join our unique hybrid practice—where house calls are a core part of what we do, backed by a fully equipped brick-and-mortar hospital for when patients need more advanced care. This isn't one-size-fits-all veterinary medicine. It's thoughtful, relationship-driven care, delivered both in-home and in-clinic. What Makes This Role Different Our mobile model allows you to meet pets (and their people) where they're most comfortable—their homes. It's calmer, more personal, and often leads to stronger client relationships and better patient experiences. And when a case calls for more? Our Morrisville hospital is right there for diagnostics, procedures, surgery, and comprehensive treatment. You get the best of both worlds—without sacrificing quality of care. What You'll Be Doing Provide high-quality veterinary care in both home and hospital settings Build strong, lasting relationships with clients through a more personalized approach Practice medicine using modern diagnostics and treatment options Educate clients on preventive care and long-term wellness Manage your caseload efficiently while maintaining clear, thorough medical records Collaborate with a supportive, team-oriented group that values communication and respect Triage and prioritize urgent or complex cases appropriately What We're Looking For Active state veterinary license in good standing A veterinarian who enjoys connecting with clients and thinking beyond the exam room Someone adaptable—comfortable in both home environments and a clinical setting A team player who values collaboration and a positive work environment Why HousePaws We're a forward-thinking practice focused on preventive care, client education, and thorough, individualized medicine. Our hybrid model gives you flexibility in how you practice, while our team culture makes sure you're supported every step of the way. We're also part of United Veterinary Care, which means access to resources, stability, and growth opportunities—without losing the personality and autonomy of our local team. Benefits & Perks Medical, dental, and vision insurance options (effective the 1st of the month following your start date) 401(k) with company match (eligible after 6 months) Company-sponsored Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Referral bonus program Employee pet care discount
