Responsibilities Provide high-quality, compassionate veterinary care to diverse patients, including pets and exotic species, with emphasis on internal medicine, anesthesia, and cardiology as appropriate. Conduct examinations, diagnose conditions, develop treatment plans, and discuss options with pet owners to support informed decisions. Perform procedures with aseptic technique, manage anesthesia, monitor patients, and coordinate postoperative care and client education. Maintain accurate records, ensure safety and ethics, and collaborate with the team for patient welfare. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent; licensed or eligible to practice Strong clinical skills in anesthesiology, internal medicine, cardiology, oncology, and exotic animal medicine Proven experience with animal handling, restraint, aseptic technique, and laboratory procedures Excellent client communication and education abilities; direct client contact with pet owners Proficiency in animal physiology, veterinary terminology, and professional ethics Ability to manage diverse cases, perform routine and advanced procedures, and collaborate with team Comfort with dog handling, animal husbandry, and catheterization as needed
