And with a schedule that leaves room for a life outside the hospital. At Main Street Vet , "different" is not a slogan applied to the same old veterinary experience. It is reflected in how we have intentionally built our practice: 30-minute appointments, daily medical collaboration, highly skilled support teams, a four-day workweek, no late nights or weekends, private ownership, and a culture that protects both high medical standards and the people responsible for delivering them. We are seeking a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our Souderton team. What This Position Offers Annual salary of $150,000-$200,000 , commensurate with experience Four-day workweek No weekends No late nights True paid time off —PTO is genuinely protected, is not tied to production, and is not expected to be made up later 401(k) with 4% employer match Continuing education budget Individualized mentorship and professional development Opportunities to develop your clinical interests Professional and leadership growth as the practice expands Support from an experienced, collaborative doctor team A highly skilled and engaged clinical support team The stability and opportunity of joining a thriving, growing, privately owned practice Time to Practice Thoughtful Medicine Our 30-minute appointment model gives doctors time to listen, examine thoroughly, educate clients, and make thoughtful medical decisions without feeling as though every visit is a race against the clock. Our doctors manage a varied small-animal caseload that includes preventive care, acute illness, diagnostic workups, chronic disease management, dentistry, and surgery. Doctors are supported by comprehensive in-house laboratory testing, digital radiology, ultrasound, cytology, advanced diagnostics, and strong relationships with specialty and referral partners. You Will Not Practice Alone Our doctors discuss cases, share research, ask questions, and learn from one another. Daily rounds and ongoing medical conversations provide access to the experience and perspective of a highly skilled team of veterinarians. You will have autonomy in how you practice, but you will never be expected to have every answer on your own. Whether you are a new graduate building confidence or an experienced veterinarian looking for a more collaborative environment, mentorship at Main Street is adapted to you. We meet doctors where they are and create room for each person to develop their own strengths, interests, and professional identity. A Support Team You Can Depend On Our technicians and support staff are capable, engaged, and committed to helping our doctors practice at a high level. Strong support allows our veterinarians to focus their time where it is most valuable: diagnosing, treating, communicating, and leading patient care. We believe exceptional medicine requires an exceptional team, and we have intentionally invested in building one. Clients Who Value Their Veterinary Team We are fortunate to care for clients who see their pets as family members and value thorough explanations, personalized recommendations, and long-term relationships with their veterinarians. Our clients trust us because we take the time to understand their concerns, explain the reasoning behind our recommendations, and treat each pet as an individual.
