Salary Information Pilina Vet compensates DVMs based on pro-sal with credit for all prescribed refills. Pilina Vet's value proposition is focused on quality and hospitality, which results in higher overall production numbers. No negative accrual. No cap on production-based compensation. Starting with two appointment days and one procedure day (scheduled surgeries & dentals). Base salary range $142,000

Requirements Education & Licensure:
Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Hawaii or ability to obtain licensure USDA-accredited Medical /
Surgical Skills:
Provides a technically thorough physical examination for all patients, in accordance with the patient's medical condition and the reason for the appointment. Performs dental procedures in accordance with the Pilina Vet standard of Care. Performs soft tissue procedures in accordance with the Pilina Vet standard of Care. Possesses the required medical and surgical knowledge to properly educate clients about recommended procedures. Willingness to adhere and comply with medical standards of care set by the Chief of Medicine.
