Pilina Vet's value proposition is focused on quality and hospitality, which results in higher overall production numbers. No negative accrual. No cap on production-based compensation. Requirements Education & Licensure:

Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree, or equivalent, from an accredited university Licensure in good standing to practice in the state of Hawaii or ability to obtain licensure USDA-accredited Medical /

Surgical Skills:

Provides a technically thorough physical examination for all patients, in accordance with the patient's medical condition and the reason for the appointment. Performs dental procedures in accordance with the Pilina Vet standard of Care. Performs soft tissue procedures in accordance with the Pilina Vet standard of Care. Possesses the required medical and surgical knowledge to properly educate clients about recommended procedures. Willingness to adhere and comply with medical standards of care set by the Chief of Medicine.

Builds trust by making families feel known and understood and respected Considers both patient wellbeing and family circumstances in treatment planning Provides clear descriptions of diagnosis and answers to client questions Demonstrates strong follow-through with personal calls and timely emails Uses prescribed technology to communicate with clients optimally Practices medicine with an elevated client experience in mind Conducts appointments with efficiency & timeliness
