The Daytime FOH Assistant Manager position requires a genuine interest in each guests' and employees' experience during their time with us...most importantly they perpetuate our culture of a friendly neighborhood cafe!

Duties will include:

Following through on expectations set by the GM Product ordering and inventory control Checking in orders and writing checks Ensuring a high quality guest experience Guest complaint resolution Personnel management & conflict resolution Scheduling and staffing for your department General cleaning and facilities maintenance Overseeing quality control in your department Organization of prep, cleaning and duty lists Other duties as may be assigned from time to time
