A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

Job Description Lead / Managing Veterinarian - Travis Country Animal Hospital Austin, TX | up to $175,000 + | $25,000 bonus package Travis Country Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role at one of Austin's most established and well-regarded small animal practices. If you're a strong surgeon with the clinical confidence to lead a team this role was built for you. Why Travis Country This isn't a turnaround situation. Travis Country is a thriving, tenured practice with a strong client retention rate, a skilled support team, and tech-forward workflows that keep you focused on medicine. You'll walk into a practice that's already working well, and have the platform to make it even better. The Facility - Fully equipped with digital radiography (general and dental), Idexx in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, a dedicated surgery suite, wet tables in treatment, and four newly remodeled exam rooms.
