With over 35 years of service to the community, we are a full-service small animal GP offering surgeries, diagnostics, in-house testing, walk-in urgent care/ER, and more in a well-equipped facility. Our experienced team provides consistent patient flow and hours, with mentorship available for new grads and those looking to enhance their skills.
Job Summary:
In addition to the responsibilities outlined below, the Associate Veterinarian is an invaluable member of the hospital team who works directly with a Managing Doctor and supports the medical staff. This individual advances the quality of medicine in the practice and provides exceptional client service to our clients and patients.
Job Responsibilities:
Build rapport with clients by listening to their concerns. Perform high-quality examinations and procedures while minimizing patient stress. Communicate with clients about pet diagnosis, treatment plans, and health care. Maintain accurate medical and surgical records and logs. Stay updated on new veterinary information and practices. Assist in developing the paraprofessional team for quality care and service. Promote a positive image of the hospital to the community.
Skills and Basic Qualifications:
