Full Job Description Job Summary:
As a Veterinary Receptionist, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients. You'll play a vital role in ensuring smooth communication between pet owners and our veterinary team, while helping to maintain a positive and efficient clinic environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet clients and their pets warmly upon arrival. Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage the appointment calendar. Check clients in and out, process payments, and handle basic billing. Maintain accurate patient records and update information as needed. Communicate with clients about their pet's care and next steps. Provide support to veterinary staff as needed. Ensure the front desk area is clean, organized, and welcoming.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office preferred, but not required. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Comfortable handling pets and speaking with owners.
