Our hospital offers routine, urgent, and emergency care such as wellness exams, full medical and rehab services, diagnostic imaging, surgical/non-surgical treatments, and canine boarding. Located in the fastest growing part of College Station, South 40 Veterinary Hospital is proud to bring the community and surrounding areas a high level of personal care and customer service to its clients and their pets. The Associate Veterinarian will focus on client customer service, patient care and communication. Their contact with the client is key to creating first and lasting impressions.
Responsibilities:
Seeing, treating, and diagnosing patients. Consulting with clients regarding the treatment of patients and services performed by you. Sharing "on duty," "on-call" and "performing rounds" assignments and rotations, including assignments and rotations on holidays, on weekends and at nights, as established by the Employer from time to time. Maintaining appropriate files, records, charts, and other patient information. Responding to claims and correspondence relating to the services rendered by you. Maintaining professional skills including attending conventions and seminars and participating in professional societies and other groups. The salary for the position will be determined based on the candidate's experience level.
