We are seeking an experienced or internship-trained Emergency Veterinarian to join a modern, independently owned Emergency & Specialty Hospital in Frisco, TX. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of a collaborative team of 6+ emergency and specialty veterinarians delivering advanced, evidence-based medicine with outstanding technical support and access to state-of-the-art facilities. The Role Diagnose and manage a diverse emergency and critical care caseload Work closely alongside specialists in surgery, internal medicine, and critical care Deliver high-quality patient care with experienced technicians and support staff Contribute to a collaborative, mentorship-focused culture committed to clinical excellence Schedule Overnight shifts: 7:00 PM 7:00 AM Swing shifts: 2:00 PM 2:00 AM Full-time schedule with structured rota and advance planning Compensation & Benefits Base salary: $130,000$160,000 (depending on experience) 22% production bonus with no negative accrual No non-compete agreement 401(k) with employer match Medical, dental and vision insurance Company-paid life and short-term disability insurance Generous continuing education allowance Paid PTO that increases with tenure Paid professional licenses, dues and liability insurance Why Join This Hospital?
