This is not a standard veterinarian role. What This Role Looks Like As a Lead DVM or Partner Veterinarian, you would play a major role in leading the hospital forward.
This includes:
Leading and developing the veterinary team Helping shape and protect hospital culture Setting the standard for medical quality and client care Mentoring doctors and support staff Partnering with leadership to strengthen operations, team performance, and long-term growth Serving the community well by helping build a hospital that clients trust and teams are proud to be part of Having the autonomy to lead, make decisions, and build something your way This role is for someone who wants to take ownership, lead from the front, and make a real impact. Who We're Looking For We are looking for a veterinarian who: Wants to lead a team, not just work a schedule Understands that culture, standards, accountability, and support all matter Wants to serve the people, pets, and community at a high level Can mentor, develop, and bring out the best in others Is committed to quality medicine and strong leadership Wants the autonomy to build, lead, and grow something the right way Wants to help build something long term Has the maturity, presence, and judgment to lead well
Compensation/Benefits:
