We're seeking an experienced Associate Veterinarian who's excited to practice high-quality medicine with strong support, clinical autonomy and a collaborative team. With our hospital network across Greater Austin, you'll have access to clinical, leadership, and communication training, along with opportunities to mentor others or grow as a leader. At Firehouse, we maintain a 2:1 Tech / Veterinarian ratio—so you're supported, not stretched thin. Our team is Fear Free and Feline Friendly certified, with a strong emphasis on low-stress handling to provide a positive patient experience. What You'll Do:
Deliver a high-level of medical care while utilizing the latest advances in diagnostics Build lasting client relationships and efficiently manage a diverse caseload Perform surgical and dental procedures with the support of a well-trained technical team Promote a collaborative working environment, encourage teamwork and knowledge sharing Requirements Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) or equivalent Active state license in good standing (or eligible)
