A two-doctor general practice hospital in Plano, TX is seeking an Associate Veterinarian to join its friendly team. Atlas is excited to be partnering with a well-established, two-doctor, full-service general practice hospital in Plano, TX as they look to welcome an Associate Veterinarian to their friendly team due to a period of growth! This is a fantastic opportunity to join a practice led by an experienced, passionate Medical Director / co-owner, alongside a dedicated associate veterinarian with a wealth of experience and a highly skilled team of technicians and assistants who truly value teamwork and quality medicine. This modern hospital is full of natural light, purposefully designed, and fully equipped to support high-standard general practice medicine. You'll be working in an environment that prioritizes collaboration, clinical freedom, and work-life balance, with leadership that genuinely listens and encourages your ideas. The caseload is varied and interesting, allowing you to practice medicine the way it should be practiced without unnecessary pressure or corporate red tape. Due to their thoughtful scheduling and respect for your time, you can expect a consistent 4-day work week, leaving by 6pm every day, with shorter days on Saturday rotated between the team. Various scheduling options can be discussed to suit your preferences. This role is well-suited to veterinarians at any stage of their career. Newer graduates will benefit from hands-on mentorship and support, while experienced DVMs will enjoy autonomy, trust, and the opportunity to continue developing professionally within a progressive, veterinarian-led organization.
