Lead Veterinarian | Clinical Leadership Without Administrative Burden | Up to $220,000 We're partnering with a progressive veterinary care provider that is reimagining what leadership in veterinary medicine should look like. This is an exciting opportunity for a Lead Veterinarian who wants to mentor and support a veterinary team while remaining heavily focused on clinical medicine — without the traditional administrative pressures that often come with leadership roles. You'll work alongside one other DVM on-site within a beautifully designed, purpose-built hospital spanning approximately 3,200 square feet. Each clinic features 5-6 examination rooms, carefully curated workflows, and thoughtfully designed spaces that genuinely support veterinary wellbeing, including modern breakrooms and dedicated wellness and mental health rooms. This role is ideal for a veterinarian who enjoys coaching, collaboration, and helping shape clinical standards, while still spending the vast majority of their time practicing medicine. Operational and administrative responsibilities are intentionally streamlined, allowing you to focus on patient care, team support, and maintaining an exceptional clinical environment. The hospitals are fully equipped with advanced technology including ultrasound, digital radiography, integrated practice systems, and modern diagnostic equipment, giving you everything needed to practice high-quality medicine efficiently and confidently.
