DVMs are scheduled for 35 hours per week with a goal that you never go over 40 hours.PHILOSOPHY OF MEDICINE
While we are a for-profit business, we first have a responsibility to our community to provide quality veterinary care at a fair price. As a non-corporate practice, we have no production quotas and do not compensate on production. We offer a generous flat salary which is intended to be higher than a production-based compensation model. Our goal is to remove any temptation to push unnecessary diagnostics or treatment for the sake of revenue growth, and to actively nurture a positive culture. Our veterinarians are required to practice quality medicine and nurture happiness in our community and staff. We will provide any and all tools, equipment, resources, continued education, and staff to nurture your professional happiness. We value good medicine over shareholder value, and nurturing the happiness of each of our DVMs and support staff.WEEKLY SELF-CARE PTO
Our DVMs are scheduled for 35 hours per week, but paid for 40 hours. Our goal is for our DVMs to have an extra paid half day each week for self-care, family time, or simply running errands. 5 hours per week adds up to 26 days each year!OPPORTUNITIES FOR GROWTH
At Companion Animal Partners, your success is our success. We offer a generous $5,000 CE Allowance so that our DVMs can continue to expand their knowledge and skillsets. We also offer salary increases as new skills are acquired.EQUIPMENT
