A Veterinarian provides medical care to animals. Diagnoses and treats illnesses and injuries. Specializes in treating either pets and small domesticated animals, or large animals and livestock, or wild animals. May work on farms, in zoos and wildlife sanctuaries, in animal shelters, or in hospitals or clinics that specialize in caring for animals. May inspect livestock used for food and check compliance with food safety regulations, or work in laboratories doing clinical research on animal and human diseases.

BVES places a high value on its employees and provides an environment that is supportive and culture focused. We strive for excellence in medicine and patient care. We provide referral and emergency services to much of the Bellevue/Seattle area. Our specialties include 2 Surgeons, 2 Internists, 3 Medical Oncologists, 1 Cardiologist, 2 Radiologists and an in-house Clinical Pathologist. The fully equipped and staffed ER and ICU will help you to manage all your cases to the highest standard. Our ideal candidate is collaborative, self-motivated, enjoys community outreach and is willing to promote and maintain an outstanding hospital culture. We offer a fully equipped diagnostic laboratory, digital radiography, advanced CT imaging, ultrasound, and endoscopy services. We have daily case rounds, regular continuing education offerings, and additional training opportunities to foster a collaborative culture that prioritizes learning and development.
