Description Cascade Veterinary Clinics is seeking a motivated and growth-minded New Graduate DVM who is eager to build confidence, expand clinical skills, and practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-oriented environment. Role expectations:

Provide high-quality preventative and urgent care medicine with mentorship support Gradually build surgical and dental skills through guided, hands-on experience Diagnose, treat, and manage a wide variety of medical conditions Participate in collaborative case discussions with peers Communicate clearly and compassionately with clients and team members Maintain accurate and thorough medical records Embrace feedback and demonstrate a commitment to continual growth We believe in progressive independence — not sink-or-swim expectations. Requirements Qualifications:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an accredited veterinary school
• Valid Washington state veterinary license
• Strong diagnostic and surgical skills
