Why Veterinarians Love Helping Hands Veterinary Clinic Spacious hospital featuring: 4 exam rooms 1 dedicated therapy room Large treatment area Recently refreshed clinic with: New flooring in the treatment area Fresh paint throughout the hospital Advanced equipment including: Therapeutic laser Ultrasound Digital dental X-ray Digital X-ray Unique and flexible approach to patient care: Walk-in Saturdays Flexible drop-off appointments Holistic appointment offerings Doctors average approximately 15 patients per day with 30-minute appointment times, allowing time to practice thoughtful, quality medicine Dedicated support staff structure including: 1 veterinary assistant per doctor 1 licensed veterinary technician per shift 2 LVTs currently on staff Team members certified in: Acupuncture Ultrasound VOM therapy Holistic and integrative medicine offerings including: Acupuncture Laser therapy Chiropractic care Nutraceutical supplements Collaborative environment surrounded by nearby ER and specialty hospitals for excellent referral support Patient caseload includes cats and dogs, with an openness to seeing exotics Strong surgical support: We prefer an experienced surgeon to perform basic surgeries. Our COS performs advanced surgeries for the practice and is a certified mentor. Schedule & Work-Life Balance Full-time or part-time opportunities available 4-day work week for full-time veterinarians Rotating Saturday schedule 1 dedicated surgery day per week Lunch is from 1:00-2:00 PM, and the practice is closed during this time Strong emphasis on teamwork and sustainable scheduling A Team You Can Grow With We have a highly experienced and stable team. Our Hospital Manager and Chief of Staff have been with the practice for up to 20+ years, while other team members have been with the practice for 3-10 years. Our other two doctors have been part of the team for 7-8 years. We value our team and make time to connect and celebrate together, with annual events including a summer picnic and Christmas party. Benefits Include:
Prosal compensation model with a base salary of $130,000
