Responsibilities Include As an Associate Veterinarian at Grays Harbor Veterinary Services, you'll have the opportunity to: Develop lasting relationships with clients, pets, and families within the Grays Harbor community Provide comprehensive preventive, medical, and surgical care to companion animals Diagnose and manage a diverse caseload ranging from routine wellness to complex medical cases Work up cases using in-house diagnostics, digital imaging, and ultrasound Perform surgery and dentistry based on your experience and clinical interests Collaborate with fellow veterinarians on challenging cases and treatment decisions Educate clients and help them make informed, practical decisions about their pets' care Partner with an experienced veterinary support team to provide compassionate, efficient patient care Become a trusted veterinary resource within a community that truly values its local veterinary team Qualifications DVM or equivalent degree Active Washington veterinary license in good standing, or ability to obtain licensure before starting Commitment to compassionate, high-quality veterinary medicine Strong client communication and relationship-building skills Collaborative and team-oriented approach to patient care Interest in practicing broad, well-rounded veterinary medicine Commitment to continued learning and professional development Experienced veterinarians and early-career DVMs are encouraged to apply. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
