It is both profit sharing AND governance by employees. We are seeking Associate Veterinarians to be a part of change within our industry. We are creating the type of change that keeps the practice of veterinary medicine in the hands of veterinary professionals. An extraordinary, independently-owned practice group, Urban Animal was founded on the belief outstanding veterinary care and client-focused attention should not require great wealth. As a group with many internship and referral hospital-trained veterinarians and staff, we believe helping people and their pets requires the savvy of a team who can apply the tenets of gold standard medicine for those without endless resources. We respect the many forms the human-animal bond can take and enable our clients to care well for their pets and feel good about their decisions in an option-based approach. We are looking for exceptional associates who have been in practice long enough to know they align with this philosophy. Our work environment is fast-paced and lively while still being fun and relaxed.
