The hospital features on-site diagnostics and imaging, including digital radiography (with dental), ultrasound, ECG, and in-house bloodwork, plus an in-house pharmacy to streamline treatment. Dedicated surgical and dental suites with electronic patient monitoring and established anesthesia and surgical protocols support a strong clinical caseload. The culture emphasizes teamwork and communication, with daily huddles and regular all-staff and doctor meetings to keep everyone aligned and supported.   • Perform comprehensive exams, diagnostics, and medical workups for small animals (and select exotics)
  • Provide client communication and education that fosters trust and long-term relationships
  • Conduct general surgery and dentistry as scheduled and aligned with interests/skills
  • Interpret imaging and lab results, formulate treatment plans, and manage follow-up care
  • Maintain accurate, timely medical records and uphold medication and controlled-substance protocols
  • Participate in daily huddles and collaborate closely with technicians and support staff
  • Follow established anesthesia, surgical, and patient-monitoring protocols to ensure safety and quality
  • Contribute to process improvements and a positive, team-first hospital culture Requirements
  • DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary program
  • Active license (or ability to obtain) to practice veterinary medicine in Washington
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • DEA registration (or eligibility to obtain)
  • 1+ years of experience in a veterinary practice preferred; strong clinical and communication skills
