Our unique hospital network allows veterinarians to practice in Emergency Medicine, Urgent Care, or a combination of both, creating a position that fits your interests, experience, and career goals. Pet Emergency Clinic & Referral Center is a 24/7/365 emergency and referral hospital providing advanced emergency and critical care with support from an on-site Critical Care specialist, Internal Medicine specialist, and diagnostic imaging through Inland Empire Veterinary Imaging. Located just one block away, Pet Urgent Care provides appointment-based urgent care for non-life-threatening illnesses and injuries, allowing veterinarians to enjoy a fast-paced environment with predictable daytime hours while collaborating closely with our emergency hospital when patients require a higher level of care. Together, our hospitals provide a collaborative, supportive environment where veterinarians have access to experienced Licensed Veterinary Technicians, veterinary assistants, reception staff, and specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.Scheduling Options:

Position:
We are seeking a self-motivated veterinarian who enjoys practicing high-quality medicine while building strong relationships with clients and teammates. Whether your passion is emergency medicine, urgent care, or both, you'll have the opportunity to work alongside an experienced team that values mentorship, collaboration, and continued professional growth. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop diagnostic and treatment plans for canine and feline patients. Provide high-quality emergency and/or urgent medical care based on your role. Utilize diagnostic tools to deliver efficient, evidence-based patient care. Communicate clearly and compassionately with pet owners regarding diagnoses, treatment options, and home care. Collaborate closely with Licensed Veterinary Technicians, assistants, specialists, and fellow veterinarians. Maintain complete and accurate medical records. Mentor and support veterinary support staff. Foster a positive, team-oriented culture focused on exceptional patient care. Qualifications Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) from an accredited veterinary school. Washington veterinary license (or eligibility to obtain). Strong diagnostic and clinical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Commitment to continued learning and professional development.
