$65,000 to $125,000 per year with opportunities for commissions and spiffs

Your New Role As a Service and Maintenance Technician , you'll take charge of all things HVAC, from maintenance to light repairs on both residential and commercial systems. Here's what you'll do: Perform maintenance and service work on HVAC systems to ensure smooth operation Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems with accuracy and efficiency Identify opportunities for system improvements and recommend solutions for better performance Deliver top-notch customer service, explaining HVAC issues in clear, simple terms Maintain a company vehicle and manage your daily schedule with independence and responsibility

Experience:

1+ years in the field or a degree from an HVAC trade school

Licensing:

EPA & TDLR

technician certification required

Tools:

Must have basic hand tools, gauge manifold, and an electric multi-meter

Skills:

Ability to work independently, strong verbal communication, and excellent customer service skills

Location:

Must live within 35 miles of Blanco, TX, to qualify for a take-home vehicle
