Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Apprentice

Overview We are seeking a motivated and dependable HVAC Apprentice / Parts Runner to join our growing team. This position is ideal for someone looking to start a long-term career in the HVAC industry while supporting our technicians in the field. You will assist with deliveries, jobsite support, shop organization, and basic apprentice-level HVAC tasks while learning hands-on from experienced professionals.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist HVAC technicians with installations, maintenance, and repairs Pick up and deliver parts, tools, and equipment to job sites in a timely manner Maintain organization of inventory, tools, and warehouse/shop area Load and unload materials and equipment Perform basic maintenance tasks under supervision Keep work vehicles clean and organized Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines Provide excellent customer service when interacting with clients

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent preferred Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions Strong work ethic and willingness to learn Good communication and organizational skills Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus HVAC schooling or certification (or currently enrolled) is a plus but not required This apprenticeship provides an excellent foundation for those passionate about building a career in HVAC/R.
