• Full-time Job Summary We are seeking anyone that has a desire to advance their Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) career, or just looking for their way into the trades!

In this role, you will be responsible for rough-in, installing, maintaining, diagnosing, and repairing HVAC systems across various properties. Your mechanical expertise and field service experience will ensure optimal indoor climate control, energy efficiency, and system reliability. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work with diverse HVAC equipment, while providing top-tier service to our clients. Your proactive approach and technical knowledge will help us deliver exceptional property maintenance solutions and ensure customer satisfaction. Duties Install, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, boilers, ensuring compliance with safety standards and schematics. Conduct routine maintenance on heating and cooling systems to maximize efficiency and lifespan. Read and interpret technical schematics, HVAC design plans, and mechanical drawings to accurately diagnose issues. Perform plumbing tasks related to HVAC systems such as pipe fitting, leak detection, and drainage repairs. Operate a driver vehicle safely for on-site visits or client locations. Support property maintenance activities by ensuring HVAC systems operate efficiently within building infrastructure. Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record; experience operating a driver vehicle preferred. Willing to learn and achieve goals. Strong problem solving and communication skills. Able to work in a team environment. Proven experience in construction-related HVAC installation or service technician roles with a strong mechanical background. Demonstrated ability to read schematics, mechanical drawings, and HVAC design plans accurately. Knowledge of refrigeration systems Familiarity with plumbing, appliance repair, boiler operation, welding, and equipment repair is preferred. Familiarity with field service operations involving air conditioning units and property maintenance tasks. Mechanical knowledge encompassing HVAC system components such as compressors, fans, ducts, thermostats, and electrical controls. Ability to operate diagnostic tools like ohmmeters effectively in troubleshooting electrical issues.
