Requirements:

Pre-employment drug screen At least one year of experience managing 5+ people Valid Drivers License Duties Include but are not limited to: Adhering to our motto of Safety first, then Quality, then Production The ability to successfully handle different personalities (people skills) The ability to successfully multitask Knowledge of installing Sanitary Sewer, Storm Sewer and Watermain The ability to understand project plans and grade stakes The Ability to Shoot Grade Providing alternate methods to increase field production and efficiency's Ensure the safety of personnel and equipment Complete recording of daily production and materials used Have the forethought to look ahead and anticipate needs and or problems
