Job Description

What You'll Do:
Diagnose and repair mechanical issues including air and hydraulic brake systems, steering and suspension components, wheel seals, and related systems. Perform vehicle alignments as assigned. Build customer trust and increase repeat business by delivering high-quality, timely repairs and honoring service commitments. Operate a mobile mechanic truck and perform on-site mechanical services as assigned. Safely operate and maintain shop service equipment, including lifts and diagnostic tools. Follow all company and industry safety regulations when performing repairs and inspections.
What You Bring:
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship. Excellent customer service and communication skills with the ability to clearly explain diagnosed issues. Ability to perform mechanical services on Class 4-8 heavy-duty vehicles. Ability to recognize and diagnose early signs of wear that could lead to more significant mechanical issues. Proficiency with diagnostic tools, repair equipment, and diagnostic software. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Ability to independently perform mobile mechanic duties as assigned.
