Denver, CO (travel required, including out of state) Job Description We are hiring experienced Heavy Equipment Operators to support geotechnical, civil, commercial, and industrial construction projects. This position involves operating a variety of heavy equipment while also performing hands-on labor as needed. Projects are travel-based and typically last around one to two months per location, offering steady work and exposure to large, high-visibility jobs. Required Skills (Needs) 2+ years of experience operating heavy equipment on civil, commercial, geotechnical, or earthwork projects Experience operating equipment such as: Front-end loaders Skid steers Backhoes Mini excavators Dozers (including D3) Forklifts / telehandlers Water trucks Willingness to split time 50% equipment operation / 50% labor Experience with concrete, cement, or skilled construction labor Ability to lift up to 75 lbs Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions Strong jobsite safety awareness Willingness to travel Preferred Skills (Wants) Experience with geotechnical work such as: Soil nails Tiebacks Micropiles Earth retention systems Experience operating drills or concrete pumps Familiarity with John Deere or Komatsu equipment Work Environment Work on geotechnical and specialty foundation projects Commercial, civil, and industrial construction sites Outdoor, physically demanding environment Projects located in Colorado and out-of-state (Texas, Tennessee, and other regions) Why Work Here? Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $27.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
