HEAVY EQUIPMENT OPERATOR

$26-$34/hr + Overtime Available | Year-Round Work If you've got experience running equipment and you're looking for steady work with long hours and solid pay , this is it. We've got a big commercial jobs in Omaha and Lincoln Area, and need guys who can hop on different machines and get after it. What You'll Be Doing Running dozers, excavators, graders, scrapers, backhoes, etc. Moving dirt — grading, trenching, site prep, all of it Switching machines depending on what the job needs Fine grading and getting things set right for foundations Doing quick daily checks on equipment Working safe and keeping the job moving What We're Looking For 3+ years running heavy equipment You know your way around dozers, hoes, graders, etc. GPS experience is a plus Valid license ( CDL helps but not required ) Good with working outside in all conditions Extra Stuff That Helps OSHA 10 (we can help you get it) Basic wrenching/mechanical knowledge Willing to jump on whatever machine is needed Why Guys Take This Job $26-$34/hr depending on experience Tons of overtime — big checks Year‑round work — not just a short project Solid crew, good project, steady work Quick hiring — you can get started fast Apply now — expect a call or text from Kason. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Ashland, NE. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
