This is an entry level position and all are encouraged to apply! We provide on the job training for those looking to learn more about the compost industry. This position also leads into our heavy equipment operator role for those looking to learn and grow with our company. Experienced operators are also encouraged to apply! Responsibilities Operate and maintain yard equipment safely and efficiently. Handle materials, including loading and unloading items from trucks or storage areas. Assist in operating machinery as needed for production tasks. Collaborate with team members to maintain a clean and organized work environment. Follow safety protocols to minimize risks associated with yard operations. Requirements Hands on learner with a team player attitude Experience operating Cat heavy loaders is a plus! Operating hours are Monday through Saturday, 6:30am to 4:00pm with overtime available.
