Heavy Tow Operator

Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Heavy tow operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical knowledge and experience in operating various types of equipment, including heavy wreckers, rollbacks, Landoll and Lowbed. This role requires a commitment to safety, efficiency, and customer service while performing essential tasks in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate and maintain equipment such as tow trucks, flatbeds, wreckers, trailers safely and efficiently. Conduct routine inspections and perform basic automotive diagnostics to ensure equipment is in optimal working condition. Provide excellent customer service while interacting with clients during equipment operations. Assist in conflict management when dealing with challenging situations or customer inquiries. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols. Maintain accurate records of equipment usage and maintenance activities. Experience Proven experience in commercial driving with a valid driver's license. Familiarity with automotive repair processes and mechanical systems. Previous experience operating heavy wrecker tow trucks or flatbed vehicles is preferred. Strong conflict management skills to effectively address customer concerns. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. Must be reliable and a team player
