• IT Support Technician - Mobile Device Migration
• Overview
• We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused
• IT Support Technician
• to support a large-scale
• mobile device migration project
• . This role is ideal for someone early in their IT career who enjoys hands-on technical work and delivering excellent end-user experiences. You will assist employees across multiple business units in transitioning from legacy mobile devices to new ones, ensuring a smooth and efficient migration process.
• Key Responsibilities
• Provide hands-on support for
• mobile device migrations
• (primarily Android-to-Android, with some iOS support)
• Assist end users in transferring:
• Contacts
• Applications
• Photos
• Files and folders
• Troubleshoot and resolve device setup and migration issues in real time
• Support devices within a
• Microsoft Intune (MDM-managed) environment
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• to users with varying levels of technical experience
• Manage and document support requests using a
• ticketing system (Track-It)
• Partner with various internal departments to support device rollout efforts
• Ensure a positive and seamless end-user experience throughout the migration process
• Required Skills
• Experience in
• help desk or service desk support
• (entry-level or internship experience welcome)
• Strong
• troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Familiarity with:
• Windows 10 / Windows environments
• Microsoft Office
• Ticketing systems
• Basic understanding of:
• Active Directory
• Desktop support
• Preferred Qualifications
• Experience with:
• Mobile device migrations
• Hardware installation and configuration
• Software installation and setup
• Exposure to
• Mobile Device Management (MDM)
• tools such as Microsoft Intune
• PC technician or desktop support experience

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
