• Overview
• We are seeking a Mobile Device Technician to support a large-scale cellular device migration initiative. This role will focus on assisting end users with transitioning from legacy devices to new, MDM-managed smartphones in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment.
• Key Responsibilities
• Support end users through mobile device migrations, including transferring contacts, applications, photos, and files from old devices to new devices
• Perform primarily Android-to-Android migrations, with additional support for iOS devices as needed
• Provide hands-on troubleshooting during setup, data transfer, and post-migration validation to ensure a smooth user experience
• Assist users with device setup, including account configuration, application access, and connectivity (Wi-Fi, email, VPN)
• Work within a Microsoft Intune environment to enroll, configure, and verify devices under MDM management
• Ensure all devices comply with company security policies and standards during and after migration
• Document migration activities, track progress, and escalate issues when necessary
• Deliver excellent customer service while supporting high volumes of users during rollout periods
• Required Skills & Experience
• Experience supporting mobile devices (Android and/or iOS) in a corporate or enterprise environment
• Familiarity with Mobile Device Management (MDM) platforms, preferably Microsoft Intune
• Strong troubleshooting skills related to mobile hardware, OS, and app-related issues
• Ability to guide non-technical users through device setup and data transfer processes
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple device migrations simultaneously
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience supporting large-scale device rollout or migration projects
• Exposure to enterprise mobility and security best practices
• Experience in a helpdesk or desktop support environment

• This is a Contract position based out of Elkhorn, WI.
• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $23.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
