Job Description
Our client in the telecommunications space is looking for a hands-on Technical Support Specialist to support end users across the corporate office and remote locations. This person will be a key resource for day-to-day IT support and help keep systems running smoothly.
What you'll do:
Provide onsite and remote support for employees across the organizationTroubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops and laptops (Windows environment)Support Microsoft 365 including Outlook, Teams, and basic admin tasksReset passwords and assist with account access issuesHandle email troubleshooting and general user support requestsInstall, configure, and maintain printers and other peripheralsSet up new users including equipment, accounts, and system accessTrack and resolve tickets in a timely, customer-focused mannerEscalate more complex issues when neededWhat they're looking for:
Experience providing end user support in a corporate environmentStrong working knowledge of Microsoft 365Experience with desktop support (Windows), printers, and basic networking conceptsComfortable supporting users both in person and remotelySolid troubleshooting skills and ability to work through issues independentlyStrong communication skills and a service-oriented mindsetNice to have:
Experience with a ticketing systemBasic understanding of Active Directory or user account management
