Full Job Description Job Summary:

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides. As a Home Health Aide, you will provide essential care and support to patients in their homes, assisting them with daily activities and ensuring their well-being. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.

Duties:

• Provide personal care to patients, including bathing, grooming, and dressing
• Assist with mobility and transfers, ensuring patient safety
• Administer medication reminders and assist with medication management
• Monitor vital signs and report any changes or concerns to the appropriate healthcare professionals
• Assist with meal preparation and feeding, adhering to any dietary restrictions or special instructions
• Provide companionship and emotional support to patients
• Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as tidying up patient's living space
• Help with medical documentation and maintain accurate records of patient care

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Home Health Aide or similar role is preferred but not required
• Knowledge of catheter care, dementia care, memory care, tube feeding, and medical documentation is a plus
• Ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
• Flexibility to adapt to changing patient needs and schedules

Note:

All positions must be paid including internship positions.
