Position Summary Perform basic diagnostics and repairs on agricultural and turf equipment and established Ag Management Solutions (AMS) products. Participate in service educate training programs required for the development of skills and knowledge. Maintain knowledge on existing products and pursue additional technical and product knowledge by actively participating in the training programs of the dealership. This includes manufacturer training and on-the-job training. Diagnose and support machine systems including precision Ag technology. Maintain condition of vehicles, inventory, tools, and equipment Maintain a clean work area and perform work in a neat and orderly fashion. Follow all safety rules and regulations in performing work assignments. Complete all reports and forms required in conjunction with work assignments. Account for all time on a timecard and for all material used in performing assigned duties. Ability to perform basic repairs and required maintenance using special tools and equipment following Technical Manual procedures. Knowledge and ability to use Service Advisor and basic computer functions. Ability to operate vehicles and equipment used for diagnostic purposes. 1+ years of experience performing service repairs. Proficient oral and written communication skills Ability to lift at least 75 lbs. repeatedly. Valid driver's license is required.
