High School Band Director Position Category Teaching - High School Position Type Full time Band Director Posting Start Date 5/12/2026 Posting End Date 7/1/2026 Position Start Date 8/10/2026 School District Chouteau Public Schools City, State Chouteau , OK United States Description Chouteau Public Schools is seeking a dynamic and dedicated band instructor to lead and grow our instrumental music program for students in grades 6 through 12. This candidate will foster a love of music, build strong foundational skills, and develop advanced musicianship and performance excellence at the secondary level. Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Music Education (or related field) Valid Oklahoma teaching certificate with an Instrumental Music endorsement Strong knowledge of instrumental pedagogy across a variety of instruments Effective classroom management and organizational skills Ability to build positive relationships with students and families
Preferred:
